Why is my Lumia 930 heating up more than normal?

Please kindly help me.
My lumia 930 heats up above normal, but not once in a while is everytime I start to move, and recently installed the candy crush, more Gameloft Games.Wanted to know if it is just mine.Thanks for listening!.

While all phones do heat up, it is a thing to pay attention to when it heats up excessively. Have you tried a hard reset or even the Windows Phone Reset tool(a better choice) ? If it still persists, then do make a warranty claim and get a replacement or fixed by Nokia Care Center. Might be a bad motherboard.

I agree with the above, if it is heating too much to where it is uncomfortable to hold ( burning hot ), then definitely try what has been suggested as many people who have continued to use their Lumia 930 despite its great heat have started to have an ugly green spot develop on their display.

Just my 2 cents

To elaborate on why the phone may be heating up,
Since you have installed more apps they could possibly be running in the background (there's a way to check your multitasking, I can't remember) if they show up on the app switcher than close them. This is probably what's causing the overheating.

Dear All. Lumia930 have best performance. Yes I hard reset phone and check. Same issues heat my phone again. I don't install any app. I start default camera app. Then heat my phone..

Okay than follow vsmh's suggestion (in above post) and file a warranty claim.
Because just opening the camera app should not heat your phone. (but it will heat up if you record video's)
