Why is my Nokia Lumia 640 XL restarting on its own?

My nokia lumia 640xl is restarting on its own

i have bought this phonw last month.for the past two days it is restarting on its own.Please help to get the issue fixed.

Did you install "Stop Restart App" from store to see if you're affected by this issue.

Check for updates... Microsoft is pushing OTA updates to many phones to solve this issue.

service Centre people have installed the Stop recharge app in my Microsoft Lumia 640xl.But still I am facing an auto restart issue. Please suggest me some way to fix the issue.

Go to software update
and check for updates
I had one pending, now my phone doesn't restart
Didn't have to install check restart app

Check if the battery is loose.
