Why is my phone continuously re-booting(Lumia 532)?

why is my continuosly reebooting?(lumia 532)

by phone reboots automatically every now and then and the sim is not discoverable
and the battery drains so much that i have charge it every 6 hours

Check your phone for an update.

Settings -> Phone Update

There might be one that fixes this issue.
