Why is my phone freezing during a boot up after updating?

Phone freezing during boot up after update

Just did the latest developers update with my lumia 930. Keeps freezing at the window screen. I was hoping they would've fixed this bug by now. After all how can the release an update where they know it won't boot. I figured I'd give it a shot since battery life was so bad on the last one. Any way to fix this? Last time It eventually booted through.
