Why is my sound quality so bad after I downloaded Windows 10?

Hello After downloading Windows 10 the sound quality is terrible it sound hallow and the is no bass. I have a dell inspiron and my driver is up to date I think I want to go back to 8.1 just because of sound. I use my computer for all of my music listening. Can someone help?
