Why is my Surface RT HDD filling up overnight?

Surface RT HDD filling up overnight

Hello,

A surface RT is filling it it's HDD overnight, going from 6.5 GB used to 1 GB available. Since there was only 3/4 personal things on it, I clean booted the tablet and reinstalled/activated windows, and still happens. It won't let me boot into UEFI, or the BIOS in general. I'm at the end of my rope, does anyone know any reason this may be happening?

Do you know what kind of data is added?
Or is it possible that you enabled offline files in OneDrive.
