Why is my Windows 10 Mobile build 10166 download taking too long?

Windows 10 mobile build 10166 download taking too long.

I have been trying to download the latest build 10166 on my phone running on build 10149. But its taking way too long to download. The download bar is stopped at 33%. Also, its using internet from Wi-Fi very slowly (the Wi-Fi is pretty fast otherwise). What's wrong?

Same issue here. I have been trying for past 3 days. For me it stops at 34% and shows some error.
Most of the time the error says the there are some files missing and sometimes it says the battery saver is on(although it's in full charge and battery saver is off).
It is consuming a more than 100 MB when I am in cellular data even though I keep in Battery saver!!
Tried soft reset - no luck!
