Why my windows lumia 540 phone getting stuck after upgrading to windows 10

I upgraded my phone software from windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile insider preview- OS version 10.0.10166.0. After this i am facing so many problems like slow response, getting stuck at times, unable to update the inbuilt soft wares like lumia selfie etc, Nokia store opens very slowly, Nokia store while trying to update exits automatically, etc .. Why is it so? I am very disappointed. Please give me a solution. My phone was working very good with windows 8.1? Can my get some fixing softwares or can i go back to Windows 8.1??

1. You signed up for these problems. These are expected, ESPECIALLY SINCE you did not hard reset.

I'd get into the Fast Ring/upgrade again to the most recent build first.

the hard reset the device. It makes for a better experience.

The Windows Phone Recovery Tool will restore your phone to 8.1.
