Why is photo hub staying transparent?

Does anyone getting photo hub tile staying transparent? Lumia 1520... Cyan.

Go to photos hub then settings and choose all photos for start tile.

I know how to fix it, but I don't want use all photos. I use "favorites", so I hope next update will fix it... Thanks for the advice...
