Why is "project my screen" doesn't work plug & play as android phones?

Lumia 535- Standard cables (HDMI to micro usb with usb power) which are available in the market doesn't work with the phone,and no technical support also to be found.Please send if you know the pin connections and technical details or recommended cables,software,and how to connect windows phone to a TV or Projector.

Sorry this is a bug in the 535. Project My Screen doesn't work on any 535.

Please contact Microsoft and file a complain.

Its not a bug,currently wp have no hardware for mhl support

older and lower end phone will only work using USB to a PC. MHL is a no go on Windows Phone.

Get the latest (as of 1 May 2015) desktop version of the Project My Screen App here. Just tested it with my L535 and it does now work
