Why is the touch screen on my Lumia 920 non-responsive?

This happens 1 week after when i upgraded to windows 8.1 (cyan). The back, menu and search button didn't function all the way the entire screen, only the side buttons do. I did hard reset ( vol down and power) but still didn't work. Also, did the Nokia Recovery Software Tool. I also brought it to cellphone technician because i thought it just the screen that matters but when replacement of three brand new lcd and screen replaced, nothing has changed, I mean, problem didn't solve. My unit is out of warranty months ago.
Someone can help with this problem?

If you used the Recovery Tool and had the LCD replaced then there's obviously something more seriously wrong with your phone than anyone here can really help you with.

In my opinion the technician should have checked to ensure the screen worked before handing it back to you.
