Lmao, looks like mine, too much time on the windows central app.. Notice that you have LTE in the status bar though and moble data usage is 0.0%. How did you manage that?

no need to worry. it only indicates about half of it's power consumption is in the background. you should concern what % of total energy consumption is caused by this app. it should not be too high.

not necessarily true. some apps by their nature use battery in background more than in foreground.
