Why is this happening with Windows 10 installation??

[Windows Central Question]

Ive installed completely and iit says

"Upgrade, now available"

But when I click "OK lets continue" it just says

"something went wrong, try again"

That just means that for some reason it was unable to communicate with the update server. Wait a bit, and try again.

It could also mean that it was already in process of downloading and you told the computer to get an update it was already working on.

Please, if your upgrade has not happened already: back up everything first.
