Why isn't my Bing wallpaper changing?

Bing wallpaper not changing

my Bing lockscreen wallpaper is not changing I am using lumia 650 in uk I have tried to set it in settings lockscreen Bing but it doesn't change for almost 5 days can anyone please help ?

Perhaps change it to something else save and then back to Bing?

I've had this issue too. I was blaming the 14295 build of the OS. My work around is Dynamic Theme discussed here: Dynamic Theme is a must-have Windows app for your Lock Screen and background photos | Windows Central

The new Dynamic Theme app works great!
