Why isn't my Lumia 520 receiving updates?

my lumia 520 is not receiving updates

i have updated my phone to win 10 technical preview....then i want to rolled it back to win 8.1 using nokia software recovery tool ....but it has rolled back to win 8 and now its not recieving 8.1 updates.....plzz help me out....why my phone is not getting win 8.1 updates.....

You cant roll back to WP 8.0. How you did that? Probably you rolled back to WP 8.1 Cyan.
