Why isn't my Lumia 535 asking for updates after a reset?

lumia 535 is not asking for update after reset

i have buy lumia 535 before 2 months then it was asking for 2 updates, I have installed 1st update successfully. but 2nd I don't have sufficient memory. due to some reasons I have done a reset after 2 days. from onwards it was to not asking for update. it was showing upto date.
I want to install windows 10 on my lumia 535 right now.....
windows insider also not working...
please give me a solution for this problem please

Have you been able to install windows insider app? If yes, select the ring you want and then go to settings and check for updates
Alternatively, if you have a pc, use windows device recovery tool to reinstall windows phone 8.1 and start afresh
