Why isn't my Lumia 920 screen rotating?

lumia 920 screen rotation isnt working

My lumia 920 screen isnt rotating while watching videos and using IE.But however it rotates while using camera and playing games.i checked out with sensor emitter app all of them works fine sometimes and sometimes it says not supported...what might be the problem??
