Why isn't my phone updating, apps updating & apps loading?

phone not updating, apps not updating & app not loading

three problems, which are...

1. i am in insider preview on build 10149 and wanted to upgrade to build 10166. i have unlimited data connection plus a high speed WiFi connection. but in both the update is not downloading, it is sticked to 0%. tried a hard reset, nothing happened. What should i do...???

2. The apps in the new store are not updating. they are shown up as pending. the old store just works fine. any solution of this...???

3. the apps which are in memory card can not be loaded. it says memory card unavailable. but i can accesses it from file menager and music plater i.g. i can play songs and video.

Roll back to WP 8.1 (and try again or wait for the next build).?

thanks for reply, but all is set now.
I waited for more than 10 days, actually it was downloading but not showing.
I just decided to roll back next morning, but was surprised to see build 10166...!!!
and now due to 10166, another two problem is solved...

So you just waited for some days and it started downloading the update?
Because I have the same problems (basically it is the 10166 update is stuck on 0%)

yes, that night i have decided to roll back, cause i have waited for too long. and i have opened the update page, put in charging and sleep, which i was doing from last 5-6 days. but in next morning, the massage shown up that windows has planned a shaduled restart to complete the update. I was too happy to see that. and after updating, another two problems were cut off them self....
