Why isn't my phone working after I took the battery out (Nokia 630)?

i took the battery out of nokia lumia 630 and its not working right now

i cant login to facebook and when i do it says we are having problems getting data, and the time just changed itself

Your title and the question your are asking doesn't make any sense. please clarify what you are doing and what is the problem.
