Why my Xbox music is not working

From some time ago my Xbox music isn't opening. I press the icon but the app doesn't open (it doesn't leave the start menu). I already restarted my phone, did the soft reset, turned on my phone without the SD card... Nothing works.

What should i do?

My phone is a L820, with Cyan, preview for developers (the last update available)

i would suggest to quit the PFD and roll back to win 8.1 . good day
