Why isn't the Start menu, notifications, and task bars working after coming back from sleep mode?

Start menu issue after come back from sleep mode.

I have a problem with start menu. When I do sleep my laptop and login again then start menu, notifications, task bars are not working. It's working only when I do force shut down.

Please resolve my issue.
