Why isn't Windows 10 allowing me to open Google Chrome?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 not allowing me to open Google Chrome.

I have set google chrome as my default browser but cannot open it since I installed 10. I can get to mail through edge but cannot get to bookmarks etc. Anything Google
