Why isn't Windows phone 10 installing at all?

Windows phone 10 is not installing at all!

Windows phone shows the clockworks every time and then keeps on restarting after a couple of seconds and it's running on a loop since last night... The installation bar is not filling at all. I can't do anything with the phone. Please help someone.

I would do the following:

Make sure you have it plugged in.
Hold the volume down and power button until you feel the second vibration (normally about 10 seconds or so)
If this works, I would give it another try.

Sorry if none of these suggestions don't help but I'm sure the WP guru's will have more suggestions.
