why making new mobile os instead of working on app stability and attracting app developer

why third party app doesn't update with time to time and with new feature? why making new window 10 mobile os instead of app stability like ios. because ios app are lot stable than windows mobile app and also there is no solid app for vpn why not make app developer to develop stable app plz answer......

This is a fan based News and Discussion site. It is in no way run by Microsoft, Lumia or any developer.

For any specific App it is up to that App?s developer to publish and maintain it for Windows Phone. We have absolutely no control over that.
