Why my Lumia 630 Dialer started getting hang after mobile update from microsoft?

If a soft reset (or a few soft resets) do not work you probably need to do a factory reset. Basically an OTA updates works but sometimes you get a glitch and this can be recovered by a factory reset. (but be aware before you do a factory reset first make backups)
