Why my PC Windows 7 keep restarting?

Today I was installing Visual studio 2015. And the setup shows I should restart Pc to complete Installation. My Pc is dual booted 1st. Windwos 7 and 2nd. Kali Linux 2.
And my Pc still restarting. i have try starup repair, system point restore but nothing worked. Also I have W7 in a dvd to format or to repair my pc, but me PC won't boot that CD, it shows press any key to continue, and thats all the screen is black and nothing happen.

I think I answered your post -can you try starting up in safe mode?

I have try SAfe mode, but still the same thing :grin:
Also the pc wont boot in DVD to format or repair it.

Not sure on how to proceed at this point: I'm hoping someone else sees this and helps out

Let's hope, I forget I use to HDD one for Kali Linux and one for W7

can you try using USB to boot up?
And your other OS, can you boot up into that?

I have try all those things, but nothing. HDD seems to be ok. Because I tested that
