Why my windows deleting my files?

After updating to windows 10 October 2018 feature update (VERSION 1809) my windows automatically deleting some of my files. Today I noticed it auto removed my Dolby Drivers. How to fix this problem please help.

I'm not sure what to say other than look in C:/Windows.old, any backups, and maybe an undelete program like Recuva.

The 1809 update has been pulled by Microsoft for investigation in the issues it is causing, the best thing you can do now is roll back asap.
