Why No Green Type Cover?

Why is it that Microsoft didn't make a green type cover (and matching green stylus pen)? Green would be beautiful.

We don't know. I'm sure there was a lot of back and forth on colors and they can't make them all. Maybe there was a coloring issue or someone just didn't like green, or any reason. We can only speculate.

Purple was a new color when the Type/Touch Cover 2's appeared, so there's hope for you I suppose.

Some fun food for thought and theorizing: You ever notice the new "bright red" color looks awfully close to the Microsoft logo's red? Cyan is pretty much the blue on the logo, too. Maybe with Pro 4 comes green and yellow? I will buy those so quick if it happens! My two all-time favorite Lumia colors.

Green Type Cover is specifically reserved for Microsoft's former CEO, Steve Ballmer.

My fiance wanted purple, she went with bright red instead. I would have loved to see more of a blue-green Type Cover or even a solid, deep black instead of charcoal black. I went with the dark blue instead. Hopefully they come out with more colors though I'm OK with what they have.

At least you have all the colours in the US. i realised we only get black, cyan and red here in Singapore... time to look online for dark blue!
