Suppose I got 31 apps which I need them to run in background. Why is there a restriction? Can't I overcome this 30 background apps restriction?

i'm curious to what you are trying to do from your phone that requires that. I know I'm a troglodyte and just use my phone for streaming Spotify,Skype, texting, and *gasp* MAKING A PHONE CALL, but it seems no one can actually USE all those apps. I can understand some of the communications apps, if you have separate groups that use separate services, but otherwise, I have to wonder what the use case is for all of that and if you are using the correct format of device.
