Why screen flickering with Dock HD 500 via HDMI

Hi,
Recently bot Microsoft Dock HD 500, while connecting to TV with HDMI cable screen keep flickering after few intervals. TV is also brand new .
any suggestion??

could be a loose connection, check all your wired connections and proper .
