Why SIM 2 of my Lumia 530 is not active? Whenever I want use it to make calls it says no service.

The signal bar for the two SIMS is always active on the screen, while in the settings it shows both SIMS but SIM two detail is not fully shown.

Hi Welcome to Windows Central! Since you put a sim card in the second sim slot have you ever been able to make a phone call on your second line? If not you may need to contact your provider and set service set up or let them help you troubleshoot your issues. Please feel free to become a member of Windows Central!
