Why the bubbles came in the pics in night time with flash when I take from my Lumia 1020??

Whenever I take pics in the night time with flash, so many bubbles are in the photos taken from my Lumia 1020. So anyone tell me what's the problem? I'm on latest developer preview.

Do you mean bright circles? It might be dust or to much moisture in the air. It happens to me when it gets abit foggy.

its dust n pollution, which get highlighted with flash.

Honestly I just use windows central app for the news. Download tapatalk and search for windows central and sign in and post images that way
