why the phone BLU win hd lte keeps on restarting by itself

I use Blu win hd lte. I just bought the phone. On the very first day itself it starts to restart often by itself. what is the problem. any resolution available.

First try holding vol down + power 15 secs.
Then, connect to wifi and check for all available updates (windows + Store core apps)

and did it come with warranty? Check the battery if it's firmly in place

It works perfectly. I did holding vol down + power 15 secs then on connecting with the wifi got the windows update and the phone was not restarting.
