Why the store on my pc don't work?

I tried to open it but it only give's me a white blank page and i thought maybe it's just loading but i've been waiting for an hour to work but its still just white blank page.

Try force closing the application using task manager. Then give your PC a reboot and try opening it up again.

2. Create another user account with exactly the same privileges > logon to the new acct > check if Store opens correctly.
