Why there are Features missing after Cyan Dp on L.620 Unlocked ????

I received the preparatory update earlier ... then after 5 days i received an update changes the Extra+info into cyan & another update after this immediately .. also the same size as the first ... but after completing .. there was missing features Like:

1. don't have equalizer working with speakers.
2. don't have sliders for brightness in Settings -> Display
3.don't get arrows on WiFi or 3G icon when I am downloading/uploading something.
4.No USB settings.
& much more that was supposed to be there ... actually it didnt appear at the first or the second ...

Any Reasonable Explanations

not all features are available to all Lumias... only the High end got them... it depends on the hardware of the phone...

I knw ... but a friend of mine also has L.620 but got official CYAN not PD ... & got some including the usb setting & the equalizer with speakers & the brightness too !!!!!!

Just updated my L620 CV GB 8.1.1 PfD to Cyan today and have the same issue, Cyan features are missing. My partner has standard non PfD L620 8.1 which updated to Cyan months ago and does have all the Cyan features installed so what is going on MSFT? Does PfD 8.1.1.1 remove or omit Cyan 8.1 features and will I have to use NSRT to flash back again to get 'em?

Sounds like those two 620's got a faulty update as none of the higher end x20 series phones got those features. They should only appear on the newer quad core phones.

Oh dear it's 'egg-on-face' time! I was wrong about my wifes standard L620 8.0 upgrade to Cyan 8.1 having more features than my L620 PfD 8.1 upgrade to Cyan. The only difference I can actually see is a Bing search on her phone for USB (on Phone) does reveal the hidden USB settings. Same search on my phone does not reveal them. Don't know why I thought Audio Enhancements etc. where there - must have been dreaming I guess.

So what !!! they really eventually will give it back ... knowing that my friend's L.620 got non-pd update ... & some of those are present ...
it may be due to the bitlocker Issue .. they are kind of related to it . IDK

my friend .. Microsoft can't simply through the winners in the market (L.520,620,720) imagine .. if all coming updates aren't available for those .. so will you get the money & buy same MS WP ... Or go to other devices like Samsung providing better service in terms of usability
