why there is a problem in my Windows Phone 640 xl

I had downloaded Upgrade Advisor and install windows 10 update in my Lumia 640 XL , problem is only that " it has no password on screen lock" what is that issue? anyone help me , i had made a hard reset also , but no fixing of error .. anyone for solution ?

Have you seta lock pin? It seems like it's just reminding you too.

Settings>Accounts>Sign in settings
