Why won't internet work with Windows 10 upgrade?

After updating to Windows 10 my computer will no longer allow me access to internet. When I "diagnose" the problem it says there it could find no problem. My wireless icon says I am connected but when I open a browser it says I am not. What am I missing here?

I ran into an issue with a wireless network adapter not working after upgrading to Win 10. I had a spare one lying around that worked. Have you checked to see if there are updated drivers for your wireless adapter?
