Why won't my Lumia 920 turn on?

Lumia 920 wont turn on

I was on a call with someone and all of a sudden the phone just turned off mid call. The phone was at 60% battery and I didn't press anything.

Now when I try to turn it on, or charge it, nothing at all happens. But when I do the soft reset (volume down + power) I get the vibration but no lights come on at all and no display.

Are you on a insider build or wp8.x?

I see, try getting into the bootloader if holding the the power button down for 10 seconds and sliding down the screen doesn't work (This used to be happen to my L920 randomly before Wp8.1).

Soft reboot and hold the volume up button until you see the nokia logo at the top. It may take several attempts and once done soft reboot again. This should help clear things up. I had that happen once with my L920 and that is what worked for me.
