Why wont my windows 10 custom built computer connect to ethernet.

I did not include a wireless adapter because I do not need one. I was going to go with ethernet connection but i cant even connect to the internet to download drivers and programs so what do I do?

Possibly your Ethernet adapter needs a driver. Use another computer to download it from the manufacturer's website.
