Why won't my Windows 10 store let me download apps?

My windows 10 store wont let me dowlaod apps

Every time i open my store on Windows 10 i can search for things but once i click on the on the app i want the store page totally goes away. what should i do? i am trying to download a media player on my pc so i can watch movies on it.

what about if you shut down your pc then boot it back up???
