Why won't my Xbox music app launch on my Nokia 530?

My Xbox music app wont launch on my Nokia 530

Every time I open the music app on the windows phone it simply crashes and returns to the start window

Do you have the latest version of the app? So check for updates.
Did you already do a soft reset.

Glitches like that can usually be fixed by performing a soft-reset:

press and holt volume down and the power button simultaneously until the device vibrates (usually about 10 seconds). Now let it boot up again. Once you've entered your PIN, check date and time, which should have been reset to the date and time your device has received its last update.
