Wi-Fi App Tile Help

Hi guys, had to reset my phone and forgot the name of a specific app, wanted to know if anyone can assist.

Basically the tile can indicate the Network name, IP address, the Wi-Fi icon, as well as a little icon to indicate whether it is a secure network or not. When you select the tile it automatically switches the Wi-Fi on/off.

You can download the app from download history or my library from the store, unless if you are using Windows Phone 8.x and it's removed from the store you may not be able to dowload it. However if the developer has 'hidden' it you will still be able to do so.

Did you just pin the wifi settings to the home screen?

Basically went into the app, customised the tile layout, and then pinned the app to the start screen...
