Wi-Fi don't enable

Hi guys.

I proceed factory reset on my Blu Win HD LTE and after this I don't can enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and during activation phone it's only in Air Plaine Mode, because this I don't can information a windows account.

I proceed too a master reset without success.

Can someone help me please?

He can't...Blu phones aren't in the Recovery Tool images...

Try this trick for stuck in airplane... Different phone, but same issue. Basically it is a jumpstart of the connection between Motherboard and Daughterboard. Works for some, not all. Maybe it will help you.
