Wi-Fi Problem

Hi.
My Htc 8X has a problem with the Wi-Fi. Everytime after I charge my phone and try to acces Wi-Fi it freezes. I get to Wi-Fi Settings and tap the Enabled button then it starts. After that I press the Back button, home button or bing search and nothing it`s happening. I can only disable the Wi-fi but it won`t stay disabled. I can press advanced settings, but nothing happens. So everytime I charge my phone, I must restart it to use the Wi-Fi.
Any ideas?

Did you try to reset to factory setting or update to the latest version?

I have HTC 8x and it works perfectly

I don`t want to reset my phone and is not updated to GDR3.

Is WiFi enabled under lock screen?

If I press the Lock button the screen goes normally black. If I press to unlock, I don't get the blue image that needs a swipe. It opens directly Wi-Fi and I can connect to any network, but I can't do anything with the phone.
