Wi Fi Proxy for app install not working ?

A few months ago I got Lumia 822 and installed many apps that say "This app is not available for your device"... using the Wi-Fi proxy method
Server/URL 117.135.139.179 /Port 8888 or 103.13.29.118/Port 8888 with little effort, but now all I get is the app without the warning but no INSTALL.
I also noticed that the app takes forever to load and often I get We can't connect to the Store right now and it never loads.
I know how to use it because I have 6 apps installed that way, but it seems like it doesn't work anymore, is anyone having the same experience -lately ? :unhappy:

Those 2 proxies are not working so the workaround isn't usable at the moment.

Last summer it went down for awhile too then came back, don't know if that's the case here.
