wifi calling

I have a lumina 520 with metropcs. I have no service and want to use wifi calling but can't. I have a google voice account and have downloaded govoice on my phone but I can't seem to go any farther.

So you're looking to use Google Voice? or actual Wi-Fi calling on your carrier? (Does MetroPCS do that?)
