wifi issues with my work network! Why won't it connect?

I have never had this issue, I have the password, copy and paste it from email and nope no go. My androids worked, but not the Lumia, am I missing something? Thanks!

Have you tried manually putting in the password instead of copying and paste

I'm also having trouble with Wifi connectivity at work even after typing the password manually... It works perfectly at home!

There is an option of 'Validating Server Certificate'. never had this option in Android. Is there something I need to do? Please help. Took a big risk in switching From Galaxy to Lumia 1020, and the WiFi issues @ work (if not solved) will be a huge disappointment!!!
