WiFi not working

After the cumulative update on 30 Aug 2015 WiFi isn't working... Even if I connect to Ethernet port it is not recognising. What to do

I had the same issue on my VAIO, the fix was to delete the drivers of the network, restart the PC
Now it works normally!

Dell doesn't officially support my device anymore

So if I try installing the drivers again it says this version of windows is not supported

But if I leave my PC alone for 1 hr... WiFi will start working again... But if I shutdown or put it to sleep again the same story
