WiFi turning itself back on.

I have been turning off my WiFi to reduce BT dropout.
I use the pull down "quick access" buttons.
It seems that, maybe since the .545 update, and the subsequent Factory reset, WiFi is turning itself back on. I noticed when the BT dropout came back. Soon after I realized WiFi was on, then confirmed it was turning itself on. Still don't know why. I checked the Settings...as I understand them.
Today I got a prompt for another update, it is running now.
Anybody else see this behavior? Is there a setting I am not finding?
It really wouldn't be a problem if WiFi played nice with BT.

950 XL, RTM or Production build .545 (not sure of the proper term)
Edit: update turned out to be build .67 fw .35006

re:

If you long-press the Wi-Fi button, you'll see that Wi-Fi sense is set to turn it back on in either an hour, or four hours. Should be able to change that.

re:

You can go to your WiFi settings, turn it to "off" and then the drop-down for "turn WiFi back on" has 1hour, 4, or manually".
If you set it to "manually", it will behave like you want.

You also might want to disable the setting that allows paired Bluetooth devices to turn it back on (this is to allow a tethered device or similar to trigger it).

That was what I was looking for.
THANK YOU!

I HATE hidden menus!

Sure, I figured ;-]
I agree, it's an odd design, I think because they don't want you to set it to anything other than default, at least that's what I surmise.
