I tried googling and binging this one to the death of me, and I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere, so I need your help with this one.
My SP4 is getting a bit laggy, and I've been planning to format/restore it for a while now. The reason I'm hesitating is that I somehow managed to lose my original Certificate file which I use for my online bank, our tax office and so on. I clearly made a mistake when installing it and accidentally made it non exportable. If I can't keep it I'll have to pay for a new one, which is the problem I'm trying to avoid here.
If a system image of complete C drive will save the certificates in Chrome and Edge, I'll give it a go. But will it?
Has anyone tried this before and can confirm that they still work after clean install from an image?
Thanks in advance
Anze
